This is more than movement. It's how we return to ourselves.
Hi, I'm Jeelna — a physiotherapist, mobility coach and the founder of Kaizen. I help people move better, feel stronger, and reconnect with their body — one small, considered step at a time.

A practice built from listening.
Qualifying as a physiotherapist over fifteen years ago, I've spent my career exploring the many schools of thought around movement, recovery and function.
From clinical rehabilitation to Pilates, yoga and mobility training — I've built a toolbox that combines what truly works. Because the truth is: we are not textbooks. We are unique. And the way we move, heal and grow should reflect that.
Kaizen was born from that belief — a quiet, considered practice where progress is measured not in intensity, but in intention.
Small, consistent progress. Just 1% better, every time.
No matter your goal — whether it's returning from injury or becoming stronger than ever — the process remains the same. Because over time, that's where real transformation happens.
Four principles, quietly held.
Every recommendation begins with what your body is asking of you.
Slow diagnostics, patient plans. Speed is never a substitute for depth.
No template protocols — each practice is written for one body only.
Clinical rigour woven into intuitive, breath-led movement.
My role isn't to treat. It's to guide.
To move you away from temporary fixes and into long-term strength, awareness, and independence. Because the most rewarding part of this journey is when you realise your body was capable all along.

Let's connect where you are — to where you want to be.
A private consultation is the beginning. Every practice from there is built one considered breath at a time.
